岛的系列 , 以正在逐渐消失中的冰山为题材。探讨自然与生命的的关联。这个系列可以理解为给冰山做的标本图录。正如英国诗人约翰·邓恩（John Donne）在《没有人是一座孤岛》中写道 :“没有人是一座孤岛 , 可以自全。”冰山独立于世上亿年 , 全球气候变暖可使其瞬间崩塌 ,随即消融于大海 , 又形成水、气、雨、冰……往复循环 , 生生不息。以自然观照生命意识，人本身也如沧海一粟，变化无常，更易逝脆弱。我们谁也不能孤立存在,始终是“局部包含于整体中”。我们惊叹人的创造力同时，也应哀悼人类对自然的摧毁。对自然怀有敬畏之心，促使我创作冰山图录这个系列，犹如悼念一座座消融的冰山。

Island series is themed on the disappearing iceberg, which can be understood as a catalogue of samples made for the iceberg. As the English poet John Donne wrote, "No man is an island, entire of itself" . In spite that icebergs stand alone in the world for millions of years, global climate warming can make them collapse in one moment, disappearing into the sea right away, which turns into water, air, rain and ice...in a recurrent and endless manner. When I look for life thoughts in nature, I find that human beings are no other than one drop in the sea, changing and more fragile. No one can exist all alone. All of us are "a part of the entire". When we are impressed by our creativity, we should have condolences to the damage we have done to nature. It is the awe of the nature that drives to create this series of iceberg catalogue, in memory of those melting icebergs one after the other.
