作品创作灵感来源于去日本箱根美术馆路过看到的一池子锦鲤。斑纹美丽的锦鲤在池中游动呈现出缤纷的色彩，就如同游动的艺术品。技法上运用色粉可虚可实的特点，结合近实远虚的表现手法，突出细画画面中相互簇拥着的几条锦鲤。画面运用圆形呈现，圆有着自然，美好的寓意，给人大自然中艺术品的感受。
