梁哲 1991年出生于山西太原。 2011年考入吉林艺术学院美术 现为吉林艺术学院2015级在读硕士研究生，师从俞健翔教授。 2013.12，"异同感受"小幅视觉实验展，十二人联展。
2016年10月作品《湖》获得长春市首届中青年小幅美术作品展优秀奖。
2017年1月 作品《熨帖》和《布莱克研究之二》入围INTER-YOUTH国际青年绘画展并展出作品。（中国，杭州）
2017年10月至12月受英国诺森比亚大学纸本艺术工作室邀请参加注册艺术家的交流访学活动。
2018年 北京上苑艺术馆2018国际艺术驻留计划驻馆艺术家（中国，北京）
