The famous tradition of watching the cherry blossoms (in fact, there are many other flower trees). Indeed, in the spring, they all suddenly bloom in white, pink, yellow, orange and fall within 11 days. Previously, I did not fully understand what all those haiku were talking about, until I myself experienced this colorful beauty, which is disappearing so quickly, literally before our eyes. At the end of March, snow falls in Russia, and here petals fall from the treeclouds. The only difference is that in Russia the snow is endless, but the trees will be bare to the usual green in a week. And it feels not that sad, but euphoria is gone.

Sometimes we paint pictures to outwit the time and catch the moment. This is what I did in my "11 days" in a new technique for me, epoxy resin tinted with ink.
